Shipping Information
All orders are carefully packaged to ensure your artwork arrives safely and beautifully.
UK Orders Standard shipping on prints and paper originals is £5.95. Free UK shipping on all orders over £150. Original artworks on paper are shipped via Royal Mail tracked delivery at £5.95. Canvas paintings are shipped via courier at £14.99. Most in-stock orders are dispatched within 2–3 working days.
Fine Art Prints (Print on Demand) Our fine art prints are printed to order to ensure the highest quality. Please allow up to 7 working days for your print to be produced. Delivery times will vary depending on your location — UK customers can expect an additional 1–3 working days, while international orders may take longer. You'll receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.
International Orders We ship worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Please note that customers are responsible for any local customs duties or import taxes that may apply.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your HLMH piece. If something isn't right, here's how we handle it.
Original Artwork Original paintings may be returned provided they are in their original packaging and in the same condition as received. To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Once we've confirmed the return, please send the artwork back at your own cost — we do not cover return shipping. Refunds will be processed once the item has been safely received back with us.
Fine Art Prints If your print arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund. You can also request a refund within 14 days if you would like to return any art prints. Please contact us to start the return process.
Commissioned Artwork Due to the personalised nature of commissioned pieces, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on commission orders. If your commission arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos and we will do our best to make it right.
